How Long Does Shipping Take?
We ship everything directly here from the US and have items delivered between 2-5 days.  Some items like our epoxy can take a little longer because of transportation restrictions.  

Where are You Located?
Hippie Crafter is located here on Miami Beach but we have a number of different warehouses across the US to make sure we get your items delivered quickly.  We completely stand behind our products so if for any reason you are not satisfied with them, just let us know.  We understand and want to make it right.

What if We Don’t Like it? How Do You Handle Returns?
It’s simple.  If you don’t like it, let us know.  We will refund you.  Life is expensive and when you spend your hard earned money on crafting supplies you want to be happy with them.  We get it and are here to help. 

How was Hippie Crafter Created?
Elissa, our owner, created Hippie Crafter with the help of her family.  Elissa started her career as a buyer for a department store but missed the ability to be creative with her own work.  She had children and later started an online jewelry store and a line of jewelry cleaning products.  That business successfully moved on to a bigger company to run. 

With two young girls at home, crafting was a huge part of their lives.  With free time and the itch to do something again, Elissa decided to create a brand of premium, approachable art supplies targeted at artists of all levels. Hippie Crafter became her new passion.  Hippie crafter is a proud member of ACMI and offers premium art supplies not designed to be cheap toys.  
Our community of crafters of all levels has grown and we continue to spread the joy of crafting without taking ourselves too seriously!
